A Chinese Carved Rhinoceros Horn Libation Cup, 18th c., deep body carved with two kui dragons forming the openwork handle, one extending over the everted lip, the sides relief carved with archaistic masks above the separately carved flared foot, height 3 7/8 in., width 5 5/8 in., depth 3 5/8 in Provenance: George W. Headley III, Lexington, KY, c. 1970; the Headley-Whitney Museum, Lexington, KY (Acc. No. 81.9.1).
